Welsh Rarebit [1] (Maria Teresa Faria de Freitas) | ||||
| 3 oz grated cheese 1 tsp made mustard 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tbsp milk Cayenne pepper Salt |  | |||
| To dish on 1 slice of toast: 1. Grate the cheese and toast the bread 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl 3. Spread evenly onto the toast 4. Place on hot fireproof dish 5. Grill till of a light brown colour and serve immediately | ||||
