Tomato Soup “Meat Balls” (Delma Gomes) | ||
1 onion finely
chopped
1 level dsp
mixed herbs
1 pkt tomato
soup | 3 tbsp corn oil 1 egg 1 pint water | 1 tbsp minced beef Corn flour |
1. Heat 1 tbsp corn oil and then sauté the onion. 2. In a bowl, add the minced beef, herbs, seasoning, egg and sauteed onions and mix well. 3. Form into balls and coat with corn flour. Fry in the remaining oil until browned. 4. Remove the meatballs from the pan and put aside. 5. To the pan, add tomato soup mix with the water and sherry. Bring to the boil, stirring. 6. Add the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with boiled rice. |
