Saté  (Gene Watkinson)
3 chicken breasts
Garlic
Peanuts

2 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper
½ lemon chilled

Ginger
1 tbsp oil
Water
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate in a mixture of the ketchup, oil, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Skewer on sticks and either grill or fry.
  3. Crush peanuts in a blender and add the lemon juice and sufficient water to make a sauce.
  4. Serve the skewers after coating with the peanut sauce.
