Salmon Pie (Fay Anne de Freitas)
2 lb potatoes
½ pint milk
1 large tin of flaked salmon

1  packet Knorr North Country Soup (1 ½ pints)
½ pint water
Salt

  1. Peel and then cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
  2. Put through a potato ricer or mash well.
  3. Place half in an ovenproof serving dish.
  4. Blend the soup in another pan by mixing with the water and milk and then bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
  5. Add the salmon and stir to distribute evenly.
  6. Pour over the potato in the serving dish.
  7. Cover with the remaining potato.
  8. Brown under a hot grill.
