Herb Dressing - for marinades for BBQ vegetables (Gene Watkinson)
2 oz melted butter
2 tsp parsley
¼ tsp pepper


1 tsp chopped tarragon OR
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp fresh chives
½ tsp garlic salt
  1. Mix the ingredients stirring to distribute evenly.
  2. Combine with the desired vegetables in a mixing bowl to coat evenly.
