- Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add the milk and stir until perfectly smooth.
- Add the eggs and beat thoroughly.
- Heat a 5” frying pan and grease with a few drops of oil – pour in enough batter to cover the bottom in a thin layer.
- Tilt the pan so that the mixture spreads evenly.
- When cooked on one side, toss or turn with a spatula and cook the other side. Continue with the remaining batter.
- Roll up or fold in quarters and arrange on a hot platter.
