Crab Souffle (Beryl de Freitas) | ||
1 ½ lb crab meat 1 cup breadcrumbs ¾ cup chopped celery ¾ cup chopped onion | ¾ cup chopped parsley 1 tbsp sweet pepper 1 ½ tsp dry mustard | Pepper and salt to taste 1 cup margarine (melted) 1 tin Nestles cream |
Mix all together in a bowl, put in a baking dish, then dot top with butter and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. |
