Cookies  (Gene Watkinson from Genia Gonsalves)
ΒΌ tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
6 oz butter

8 oz self-raising flour
5 oz caster sugar
  1. Grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar and then stir in the egg yolk, lemon and flour.
  3. Roll and cut into shapes. Bake at 325F/160C for 12 to 15 minutes.
