Wine Jelly (Delma Gomes)
1 pint dry white wine  

2 pkt lime or lemon jelly
4 tbsp brandy
  1. Pour the wine and brandy into a two-pint measure, and add the broken up jelly.
  2. Pour in enough liquid to bring level to exactly two pints.
  3. Stand measure in a pan of hot water and simmer very gently until the jelly has dissolved, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour into a jar and allow to cool.
