Tuna Asparagus Savoury (Fay Anne de Freitas)
1 large can of tuna – drained and flaked
4 oz pasta shapes
¾ pint of water

2 tbsp corn oil
1 small onion chopped
1 pk asparagus soup

¼ pint of milk
1 oz grated cheese
Parsley

  1. Cook pasta as directed and then drain.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions until tender.
  3. Stir in the soup mix, water and milk. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the tuna and pasta to distribute evenly and heat through.
  5. Serve sprinkled with cheese and parsley flakes.
