Spinach/Artichoke Dip  (Fay Anne de Freitas)
14 oz can Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
10 oz frozen chopped spinach – drained
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1 clove garlic - minced
Pinch of salt/pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a small baking dish, mix all of the ingredients.
  3. Cover and bake until bubbly – about 25-40 minutes.
  4. Serve with nacho chips, plantain chips, veggies etc.
