Pudim Alberto - Alberto’s Pudding (Maria Teresa Faria de Freitas)
Ingredients:
4 eggs
Equal weight of flour as the eggs


Equal weight of raisins as the eggs
Equal weight of butter as the eggs

Equal weight of sugar as the eggs
Equal weight of sultanas as the eggs
Preparation:
Whip all ingredients together thoroughly. The added egg whites must be of a firm foam consistency. Bake in the oven in a buttered vessel.
