Piquant Malaga Sauce - for fondues etc. (Gene Watkinson)
2 eggs – hard-boiled
2 eggs
2 oz sultanas
1 tbsp clear honey

1 tsp ground black pepper
¼ pint olive oil
3 tbsp wine vinegar
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
4 oz chopped almonds
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs and mix with the raw eggs, pepper, Cayenne pepper and olive oil.
  2. Stir in the chopped almonds, sultanas and remaining ingredients.
  3. Leave in a cool place for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.

Serve with grilled fish, kebabs or meat fondues.
