Onion Soup (Gene Watkinson)
2 medium onions fine chopped 4 cups chicken or beef stock Gruyere cheese Mozzarella cheese	4 medium onions sliced 2 garlic cloves crushed Parmesan cheese	Dash of Worchester sauce Salt and pepper to taste Toasted bread cubes
Sauté the crushed and sliced onions in oil and butter until soft. Add the garlic and stir in. Add the stock, Worcester sauce, and salt and pepper and stir, leaving to simmer. To serve, put cheese into each soup bowl, add some soup, then toast and more cheese, ending with a thin slice of mozzarella. Put in oven to bake the cheese topping.
