Meat Loaf (Gene Watkinson) | ||
| 1 lb ground beef ½ cup onions chopped 2 cups soft breadcrumbs | 1 egg 1 can evaporated milk | 1 ½ tsp salt Seasoning |
1. Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. 2. Pack into greased loaf pan and bake in a moderate oven 350F/176C for about 1 hour. 3. Slice and serve, hot or cold | ||
