Italian Sauce for spaghetti (Delma Gomes)
3 pork chops
4 cups cooked tomatoes
1 small onion, peeled and sliced

Paprika
Salt
  1. Cut the lean meat into pieces and cook with the onions, stirring frequently, until well browned.
  2. Add the tomatoes, salt and paprika.
  3. Bring to the boil.
  4. Simmer slowly about 2 ½ to 3 hours.
  5. Cool and force through a strainer.
