Fish Pie (Fay Anne de Freitas)
2 haddock fillets – skinned
1 tin tomatoes
1 medium onion chopped

Breadcrumbs
Rosemary
Cheese
  1. Fry the onions in butter until translucent.
  2. Place one skinned fillet in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Cover with the fried onions and crushed tomatoes.
  4. Repeat until mixture is finished.
  5. Cover with fresh breadcrumbs and grated cheese of your choice.
  6. Place in the oven at 350F and bake for 20 minutes.
