Devilled Eggs [12] (Fay Anne de Freitas)
6 large eggs
6 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sweet relish

Salt
Paprika
Chopped fresh parsley
  1. Heat water until boiling. Add eggs carefully with a wooden spoon.
  2. Set timer for 10 minutes and remove the eggs as soon as the time is completed.
  3. Soak eggs in cold running water. Crack each egg and hold under the running water while removing the shell.
  4. Cut the eggs in half along the long axis.
  5. Remove the yolk to a mixing bowl.
  6. Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl and blend until evenly distributed.
  7. Pipe the mixture back into each half egg using a star point tip.
  8. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
