Corn In Batter (Maria Teresa Faria de Freitas) | ||
1 can corn 4 tbsp flour Pepper 1 tsp grated onion | 1 egg slightly beaten ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp baking powder |  |
| Add beaten egg to corn. Sift flour, salt, pepper and baking powder together. Stir into corn and egg mixture. Season with the grated onion. Drop from spoon in mounds onto a hot greased grill and cook until brown. | ||
