Chocolate Shells (Delma Gomes)
3 oz butter
4 oz flour

3 oz castor sugar or icing
1 oz cocoa
1 egg
Mock cream
  1. Melt the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg gradually. Stir in the flour and cocoa.
  2. Using a piping bag with a star nozzle, pipe small shapes onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a moderately hot oven.
  4. Cool on a wire tray and then sandwich together with cream.
