Chinese Roast Pork – Very good (Delma Gomes)
Leg of pork
2 tbsp honey

Pepper
2 tbsp Seow (Chinese mugwort)

Salt
1 tsp Vietsin (Aji-No-Moto or MSG)

  1. Cut the pork vertically down to the bone in 1 ½” slices.
  2. Wash it well, and then rub with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the honey, Seow and Vietsin, beating it until it thickens.
  4. Rub the mixture over the pork.
  5. Bake in slow oven – 325F/162C – until cooked.
  6. Cut slices into squares and put back into the gravy for a few minutes.
