Bolo Lêvado - Yeast Cake (Maria Teresa Faria de Freitas)
3 oz of sourdough
3 eggs
Cinnamon

¼ pound of melted butter
½ pound of fine sugar

Crushed almonds
¼ spoonful of English yeast

Preparation:

After washing the butter, melt it and cover the sourdough with it. Break up the sourdough with your hand or a spoon. Add the eggs and the sugar and mix well.

Put in baking trays greased with butter and sprinkle cinnamon on top mixed with sugar. Repeat this once the cake has been baked.
