Basic Fat-Burning Soup (Fay Anne de Freitas)

The more of this soup eaten, the more fat will be lost since the soup has no calories to speak of and will satisfy appetite.

1 large onion
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes

2 green peppers
½ to 1 bunch of celery

½ head of cabbage
1 packet of onion soup

  1. Cut vegetables into small or medium pieces according to preference.
  2. Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce to a simmer and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder, or parsley.
  5. (Optional) Add bouillon or hot sauce.
